Maple weave pattern

This is ¾ inch red oak #1 common flooring with a maple weaving pattern as a border. The weaving pattern is inset into Brazilian walnut and Brazilian cherry. Three coates of satin urethane were used to finish the flooring.

Brazilian Cherry and Wenge Border

This is a Brazilian Cherry floor with Wenge and Brazilan Cherry soldiers for the border. I made 20 special corner keys, and the top landing had a custom made radius to follow the curve of the handrail. The floor was sanded, and a hand blended stain was used to match the color of the wall paneling. Then to finish the job we used 3 coats of satin urethane.
