Nonslip Sheet Vinyl In An Athletic Club

This is a Altro nonslip sheet vinyl flooring installed in an Athletic Club. We used five different colors in various geometric patterns. All of the seams were heatwelded using matching thread. The club never shutdown during the three days it took for the installation. The owner liked this flooring and installation so much that they had us install it in four other club locations. The manufacturer had these pictures taken and they are used on there website as an example installation.

Prefinished Oak Foyer (Alternating Diagonal Pattern)

We laid 2000 sq. ft. of Bruce's 3/4" Prefinished Oak 2 1/4" wide flooring in this house. The Foyer was Centered and installed in an alternating diagonal pattern with an octagon border. All Cuts were routed and sliptounged. It took 2 days to complete this job, and the owner was thrilled with the finished product.

Flash Cove Angiocath Lab

This floor is 140 yds of Armstrong Medintech that was installed with 3 different colors in a simple bordered pattern. We flash coved the flooring 4” on all walls and heat welded the seams and corners with 3 colors matching heat thread. We had been told that the existing concrete subfloor had received an Ardex K15 pour so we were expecting no floor prep, but when we arrived we found that there was a lot of prep work to be done, because of a bad pour. This job had to be complete in 2 days because the cath equipment was arriving on the 3rd day. A seven man crew spent over half of the first day just prepping the subfloor; it required over 100lbs of SD-F. We worked like mad and were able to complete the job in a day and a half.
